On May 16th and 17th, 2015, Multipack organized a two-day trip to Shanghai by taking the high-speed rail. (Shanghai---the world-famous city with another beautiful name “Paris of East”; Subway in China---the fastest speed can reach 300km/h.) With 36 persons in total, Multipack’s staffs and their families made up a team, and showed Multipack’s team spirit during the whole trip. 

This trip is not only one enjoy trip of beautiful view, is also one special learning experience, especially from the Hai Di Lao Hot Pot (a service industry where people can have dinner with hot pot), which gave us profound impression for marketing strategy in sales.

Hai Di Lao Hot Pot won a lot of praises because of its excellent service to consumers. The core value “Service first, consumer first” was showed in every small thing. For example, even you are out from the wash room, they will give you a service to open the tap and hand you a sheet of paper; and when you are waiting, there is free manicure and shoe shiner to make you not feel bored. From these small details, they fully devoted themselves into serving the customers, and do their utmost to make customers comfortable. Other level to see, they think what the customer think and do what customer wants them to do with heart and soul. So for the same reason, such high-quality service also works in Multipack’s sales. Besides tasted the food and enjoyed the service from Hai Di Lao Hot Pot, Multipack have also been to Shanghai Ocean Aquarium, Shanghai Oriental Pearl TV Tower and Shanghai Bund. From this trip, Multipack’s staffs relaxed themselves in body and mind from daily work. It has been one pleasant trip!
